AgriBank Securities continue to register for sale over 1 million VCR stocks

Having not sold all shares of previous registration, AgriBank Securities JSC (HOSE: AGR (HM: AGR)) has continued to register to sell more than 1 million CP of Vinaconex Investment and Tourism Development JSC (HNX: VCR) from 08/10-06/11.

Previously in order to restructure the investment, AGR registered for sales of nearly 1.3 million CP equivalent to 3.59% of the capital at VCR for a period from 03/09-02/10. However, due to inconsistent market conditions, the AGR only sells 248.900 CP. The shareholder currently holds more than 4.6 million CP equivalent to 13.11% of the capital at VCR.

Therefore, AGR continues to register to sell more than 1 million VCR CP for a period of 08/10-06/11. If the transaction is successful, the shareholder will lower the stock holding down to 3.6 million CP equivalent to 10% of the capital at VCR.

In the VCR's side, the company's 2019 extraordinary AGM is expected to take place on the next 04/11. The meeting content of this time revolves around the entire BOD and the control board in term 2018-2023, increasing the charter capital and other relevant content. Known on 26/09, Mr. Hoang Tuan Khai sent the application from the position of BOD member.

VCR shares is a heavily fluctuable stock in the year 2019. From 4.200 Dong/CP early, this stock price has been soaring to 31.900 dong/CP, which is 7.6 times.
